If not , don't worry , even with one set of light dumbbells. This workout will work up a sweat , tone that body and burn some calories So here is how this full body workout will work . We have ✅ 8 Exercises in total ✅ 40 secs on per exercise ✅ 10 secs rest between each ✅ 2 Rounds A super quick fun blast that will kick off your new year in the right way If you are just starting out and new to working out. I suggest going lighter with the weights. You will find over the Bootcamp , the right weights that work for you If you need to make it tougher , simply look to up those weights. For the fitter or more regular Zeusers, if you need more. I suggest when finished rewinding back to the start and doing it twice for a 40 minute killer workout Ok guys, I think that's everyone.
